What personal data tapFunnel collects, why, who processes it, and how to use your rights. In force from 23 October 2026.
We collect only what we need to run checks, answer enquiries, hold calls and work with clients. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we never sell personal data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time at contact@tapfunnel.pl.
The controller of your personal data is Tymon Podlaszewski, who runs tapFunnel. Main hub: Poland. Email: contact@tapfunnel.pl · Phone: +48 602 440 383.
This policy applies to tapfunnel.pl, TapCheck, the booking page, the client panel and the business emails we send. It is read together with our terms of service.
| When | What we collect | Why | Legal basis (GDPR) |

| You request the full report or an audit | Name, work email, phone (optional), company website, competitors you name, your consent | To send the report, run the buyer questions and follow up on your request | Steps you asked for before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b); consent where we ask for it, Art. 6(1)(a) |
| You contact us or book a call | Name, email, company, message, chosen time slot and time zone | To reply, schedule the call and send the invitation and video link | Art. 6(1)(b) |

| We contact your business | Name, job title, work email and company, from your company’s public pages and business-data providers; whether our email was opened or a link clicked | To offer services relevant to your company, and to stop following up once you reply or lose interest | Legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing, Art. 6(1)(f) |
| Any visit | IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, in server logs | To deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors | Legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) |
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot send a report or confirm a call.
Our team contacts companies we believe can benefit from Answer Engine Optimization. We use only work contact details, and every email names the person who sent it. Our emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether the message was opened or a link clicked, so we do not chase people who have already read and moved on.
You can object at any time: reply “unsubscribe”, or write to contact@tapfunnel.pl. We stop contacting you and keep only the minimum needed to make sure you are not contacted again.
Inside tapFunnel, only team members who need the data for their work can access it, and they are bound by confidentiality. We use these service providers, each under a data processing agreement:
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Some of these providers process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is used, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest — including business emails, at any time. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.
Write to contact@tapfunnel.pl; we reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority where you live or work, such as the ICO in the United Kingdom.
TapCheck scores websites, not people. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is made by automated means.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, panel accounts are protected by login, and our providers keep their systems to recognised security standards.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We update this policy when what we do with data changes. The date at the top shows the version in force; clients are told about material changes by email.
